A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Rummel, Klepper & Kahl, LLP (RK&K) to provide construction engineering and inspection services for the North Cherry Street Stormwater Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $168,840.00, funded with the American Rescue Plan Act grant. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. to provide professional engineering design services for the Cured-in-Place Pipe Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project, increasing the contract amount by $19,800.00 for a new contract total of $136,080.00 and extending the date of completion to August 31, 2026. (Requested by Engineering Department)

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Easement Agreement to allow existing and proposed features of The Emporium Building at 100 S. Gay Street to encroach into adjacent public rights-of-way. (Requested by Engineering Department)

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Blue Line Solutions, LLC (BLS) to provide products and services to the City for school zone speed enforcement, traffic signal enforcement, and noise enforcement in order to promote traffic safety. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a license agreement between the City and Downtown Knoxville Alliance for the installation and maintenance of small, bronze figures on specific locations on public property downtown for the long-term installation of the "Newts in Knoxville" scavenger hunt. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a new sublease agreement between the City and The Art and Culture Alliance for the use of the commercial spaces at the Emporium Building located at 100 S. Gay Street. (Requested by Operations)
